Topshop Wishlist: Zombies And Flatforms And Socks, Oh My!

Hello my lovelies! Well, for the start of today's post, a quick life update is needed.

I officially have my first freelance writing job! I'll be writing hair, fashion, beauty and business articles for an online magazine that will be launching in November. I'm insanely excited about getting started! I'll keep you up to date with what's going on and am probably going to spam here with all the details once everything is live. Can't wait!!

I've been doing some window shopping and online browsing as a sort of celebration for my up and coming writing career and I realised there are quite a few things that I'm lusting over recently. I'll split this over a few posts and this is the Topshop edition!
I've never been too keen on Topshop clothes, partly because I'm a plus size lady and they're not really a plus size friendly shop and partly because I consider them quite overpriced for the quality of the clothes they offer. However, there are three sections of the shop that I am extremely fond of and wanted to feature some of the items they offer that I really wouldn't mind splashing out on.

I am in love with a lot of the shoes that Topshop have on offer recently. You may notice a pattern of flatforms, platforms, cut-outs and straps and that's because I am absolutely loving them.

I think that all these styles are completely timeless and especially perfect for Summer (what's left of it anyway). The other thing that attracts me to these types of styles is that they're just oozing attitude.

As a very strong advocate of promoting your own personal style as much as possible, anything with attitude counts as a win for me.

As I said earlier, I'm not a massive fan of Topshop clothes in general but I cannot get enough of the Tee and Cake range.

They're so cute and quirky and unique, everything that I hold dear to my heart when it comes to my own personal fashion choices. I absolutely love the range, especially their t-shirts (which seem to be in store but not so much online), and will definitely make an investment on one of their pieces one of these days. Now which one should I choose?

As a lover of all things unique, Topshop socks get my vote every single time. They are so cute and so interesting. I have about five pairs already and am dying to add more to my collection.

You really can't go wrong with socks and I think a few of these would go with a few pairs of the shoes very very nice. Oh, the possibilities!!

Dinosaur and duck socks. I can't even begin to choose! Good thing they seem to almost permanently be on a "3 for £8" offer.

Right, that's all from me at the moment. I'm off to do some vintage and hat (randomly enough) hunting on Portobello Market with my mother and am extremely excited!! I'll be sure to snap loads of pics and write a post on it later.

Stay sweet! xo
