So this blog post has been written
First off, I had such an incredible time at my internship! It was the most amazing experience and I literally cried when I had to leave. I was basically doing research and various tasks for an online magazine called Afro Avenue which is launching next year. I'll be honest, I'm so excited for it! It looks like it's going to be an amazing magazine and I can't wait until they take off. They also have me hired as a freelance writer and I've had to do some really interesting articles for them so far, so if that's anything to go by, it's going to be worth a look. I'm definitely going to be keeping myself as involved as possible with them. Don't want to miss out on a second of the journey!
Right, catch up over, onto the post! I visited a friend at the beginning of September who lives in a gorgeous little village in Surrey and just had to take some pictures. I wanted to show what I wore on that day too, but I apologise cause the pictures are from my webcam and taken in my room. I don't have a tripod or anyone who can take my pictures on a regular basis so outfit posts are hard, but it's still early days so I'm hoping to have something worked out soon.
Green Vest, Black Muscle Tank and Leopard Print Cardigan - New Look

Spiked Distressed Shorts - Forever 21

Bowler Hat - Portabello Market, Earrings - Primark

There we have my basic OOTD. This was my fairly standard summer attire. I had a big thing for clashing prints while the sun was out and thought the leopard print and green prints mixed deliciously.
I'm really hoping to get some more posts up soon. I'm going on holiday to Tenerife soon (15 DAYS!!!) so will be doing various bits of holiday shopping and hopefully some OOTDs while I'm out there. Stay tuned! And please subscribe if you haven't already!
Leaving you with some pics of my friend's village. Love and sunshine! xo
